Description
This award winning honey was harvested in 2022 with a very delicate honey floral flavour. This honey is from the early spring blossoms of fruit trees and spring flowers. This honey is quite light in colour because it was taken early in the season – the later the honey the darker it becomes as the flowers change from tree blossom to summer flowers.
Awarded with Great Taste 2-Star in 2023.

“Gorgeous golden colour with good viscosity. So clean in the mouth, with distinct floral notes that smoothly transform into a soft syrupy sweetness that in no way overpowers the flavours. The finish is long, balanced and enticing – so much so, a second spoonful is needed.
An attractive looking honey with a pleasant floral aroma. The appearance is clear and bright. It has a light and fresh flavour.
We loved the clean, fresh notes of this honey. Gorgeous light floral notes with a light lemon acidity. We loved the clarity and lightness too.”
